Brisbane

Brisbane is the 3rd largest city in Australia after Sydney and Melbourne and is the capital of the state of Queensland (QLD). The city is located on the eastern side of the Great Dividing Range some 950km from Sydney and on the banks of the Brisbane River. The river divides the city in the form of an ‘S’ and is navigable to the open sea. Brisbane’s population is approximately, 2 million people.
